Commercials, of course, but is there more? In these
last days, it’s too late to quibble over whether to define Mitt Romney as “a
severe conservative” or “a soulless climber who would say anything to get the
job.” Either would serve.
What the former President could still do better than
anyone else suits both his talent and temperament—-tie together the overarching
issue of both the Presidential campaign and the battle against a Tea Party
Congress.
However it’s done—-speeches, interviews, ads—-the final Clinton
message would come from the heart.
It would link Romney to Capitol Hill snakes like Darrell Issa who have tried to damage Obama with attacks over U.S. deaths in Libya and, in the process, sideswiped Hillary Clinton.
That opportunity is underscored by the Clintons’ trip to Haiti together this week. With her husband’s arm around her, the Secretary
of State reminisced: “As Bill told you, we came here for the first time
together just after we were married and fell in love with Haiti, and have just
celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary, which is exhausting to think about."
In the final push before the balloting, Bill Clinton
could do much for the President, their party and America’s most fascinating
marriage, wherever it takes them in the future.

I did not know that Bill Clinton was on the ticket with Obama...that is the only way he could help with Obama winning a 2nd term
I'm not sure "Clinton was a great president, vote for me" will really work. Do you honestly believe it's a good tactic?
The more Bill Clinton captures the highlight, the more it focuses on Obama's abject failure in making Washington work. Where Clinton was a master in getting things done with the extreme Gingrich at the helm, Obama's arrogance has cost him any chance of ever getting any help from the Repubs, even with a much more moderate Boehner at their helm. The Clinton card may be the last one the Anointed One gets to play.
The problem with our country is that people do not read and and research the candidate they will be voting for. Any one with an ounce of intelligence could look at Romney AND-- see what Romney was all about--how he made his fortune through his Bain Investments--LENDING TO COMPANIES WHO WERE STRUGGLING AND THEN RETURN AND GET HIMSELF A VERY HEFTY AMOUNT PAID--NO TAXES ON CAPITAL GAIN. Why is HE not showing his income tax returns as requested--only one year--what is
he hiding--HE PAID NO TAXES. hE OUTSOURCED JOBS TO CHINA--hE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FOREIGN POLICY. THE GUY IS A DOOFUS. yOU SPEAK OF ARROGANCE OF OBAMA--WHEN DID YOU SEE THAT, IN YOUR DREAMS? YOUSPEAK OF A MODERATE BOEHNER--PLEASE--ANOTHER FALISY.
IF THEIR WAS A FAILURE IN MAKING WASHINGTON WORK, IT IS NOT OBAMA'S FAULT. BOEHNER (AT THE HELM) AND HIS REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS WERE RIGHT THERE TO OPPOSE ANYTHING THAT OBAMA PUT BEFORE THEM. I SUGGEST YOU ALL TAKE SOME TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY DAYS AND READ AND RESEARCH AND FROM THERE YOU WILL HAVE THE TRUTH ON YOUR ROMNEY,A REAL JOKER WHO WILL SAY ANYTHING, LIES OR NOT, TO GET INTO THE WHITE HOUSE.
