The Vice President does have a way with words. Yesterday, he once again cut to the heart of the matter by telling the “self-appointed strategists” on Capitol Hill, “You can’t win a war if you tell the enemy you’re going to quit.”
The Democrats could never hope to match such eloquence, but they might try telling Cheney, “You can’t win a war that you don’t know you’ve already lost.”
